Handles administrative, contractual, and policy changes/issues for the Residential Child CARE Project. He also plans for delivery of new training courses and creates online, in-service, and/or blended learning environments, activities and RCCP training course content, including revisions of current programs. Eugene provide general computer and RCCP database support and guidance to RCCP staff and faculty; and develops new interactive learning capacities and co-maintains the RCCP's web site. Eugene also provides program support for data management and instructional support.
