Natalie Verdiguel, M.S. ’24, knows that good design begins with empathy
Natalie Verdiguel studied psychology at the University of Florida and then completed the M.S. in Human Environment Relations in Cornell Human Ecology. Now a consultant with Blue Cottage of CannonDesign, she uses empathy to anticipate and understand the needs, wants and behaviors of the people who interact with a space or product.

Students get hands on with textile production and design in South Asia
Students enrolled in FSAD 4021 rang in the New Year in Bengaluru, India — their first stop on a rigorous 18-day field experience through India and Sri Lanka.
