Anthony D. Ong is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Human Health Labs at Cornell University and Professor of Gerontology in Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. His research examines how social and emotional life unfolds across multiple timescales, integrating perspectives from lifespan psychology, affective science, and behavioral medicine.
Yuan (Karina) Zhang
Karina is a third-year PhD candidate investigating dietary patterns, iron metabolism and the gut microbiota in healthy adults following omnivorous and plant-based diets, using multi-omics approaches. She is a Canadian Registered Dietitian and holds an M.S. in Human Nutrition and a B.S. in Dietetics from McGill University. Her research interests center on public health challenges and the role of nutrition interventions in advancing preventive health.
Keyi Yang
Keyi is a PSYHD M.A. student at Cornell University, with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. Her interdisciplinary background has shaped her interest in how language and experience contribute to human thought. She currently works with Dr. Daniel Casasanto in the Experience and Cognition (Xcog) Lab, investigating the role of language in spatial memory and mental representation. Nathan Liang
I am a Ph.D. student and NSF-GRFP Fellow in the Department of Psychology at Cornell University concentrating in Social & Personality Psychology and minoring in Cognitive Sciences. I completed my undergraduate studies in psychology and philosophy at Duke University and worked as a research specialist in the Princeton Social Neuroscience Laboratory and the Boston College Morality Lab before coming to Cornell. Yoyo You
Yoyo is a second-year master's student in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. She is pursuing a concentration in Molecular Nutrition through the Integrated Master of Science and Dietetic Internship (MS/DI) program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. Her research in the Aydemir Lab focuses on the role of zinc and zinc transporters in the intestine, and how intestinal zinc homeostasis influences obesity, adipose
