This annual lecture is presented by the Department of Design + Environmental Analysis (DEA) as a gift from the Hillier family to promote discourse between interior design and architecture. This year Annmarie Adams, Director School of Architecture McGill University, gave a lecture on the history and importance of ventilation in hospitals. During the Hillier lecture, annual DEA student awards are also presented.
