What we do

The HR team is dedicated to supporting the college’s innovative research and educational programs that benefit individuals, families and communities. We achieve this in partnership with the broader college community — by recruiting top talent, cultivating a culture of excellence, and promoting and celebrating the unique perspectives and experiences each individual brings to the college.

As you think about your career with Cornell University, we hope you'll find CHE to be an exciting environment that provides a wide range of opportunities while fostering growth and advancement.
