Yuan (Karina) Zhang
Karina is a third-year PhD candidate investigating dietary patterns, iron metabolism and the gut microbiota in healthy adults following omnivorous and plant-based diets, using multi-omics approaches. She is a Canadian Registered Dietitian and holds an M.S. in Human Nutrition and a B.S. in Dietetics from McGill University. Her research interests center on public health challenges and the role of nutrition interventions in advancing preventive health.
Keyi Yang
Keyi is a PSYHD M.A. student at Cornell University, with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. Her interdisciplinary background has shaped her interest in how language and experience contribute to human thought. I am a Ph.D. student and NSF-GRFP Fellow in the Department of Psychology at Cornell University concentrating in Social & Personality Psychology and minoring in Cognitive Sciences. I completed my undergraduate studies in psychology and philosophy at Duke University and worked as a research specialist in the Princeton Social Neuroscience Laboratory and the Boston College Morality Lab before coming to Cornell. Yoyo is a second-year master's student in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. Yuke is a PhD candidate in Human Nutrition. She earned a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and completed her M.S. in Human Nutrition at the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University. After completing her dietetic internship at the UC Davis Medical Center, she became a Registered Dietitian. She is currently working in Dr. Kimberly O’Brien’s lab, where her research focuses on vitamin D metabolism
