Eduardo González, Jr. is a statewide Diversity Specialist for Cornell University Cooperative Extension.  In this capacity, a key area of focus for Mr. González is assisting staff, managers, administrators and their respective organizations in developing the awareness, understanding and skills needed to support and/or provide leadership in organizational change efforts on diversity.  He is a Lead Facilitator in the Opening Doors Diversity Project.
