Department
Holistic Human Health, Social Impact + Justice, Student Life
About

Summer You entered Cornell Human Ecology (CHE) as a human biology, health and society major. She enjoyed her classes, but she knew that she wasn’t destined for a 10-year medical school journey.

Department
Social Impact + Justice, Sustainability + Society, Student Life

“I was super interested in the class, and I knew that I wanted to explore research a little bit,” said Guo, a design and environmental analysis major. “So I emailed the professor and asked is there any way I could get involved?”

But something made him step away from the lanes. Moments later, he was outside the bowling alley, listening as the voice on the other end of the line told him that he had been accepted to medical school.

“I was like, I’ve got to take this,” Lee said. “I just ran out.”
