Tolunay Beker Aydemir, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Molecular Nutrition at Cornell University Division of Nutritional Sciences.  She graduated from Ankara University with a BS degree in Biology. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She completed her postdoctoral studies in the Nutritional Genomics Laboratory, Center for Nutritional Sciences at University of Florida.

Patricia A. Cassano, MPH, Ph.D., is the Alan D. Mathios Professor Emerita in the Division of Nutritional Sciences, Cornell University. The Division of Nutritional Sciences is in the Colleges of Human Ecology and Agriculture and Life Sciences. Dr. Cassano served as Interim Director (2018-2019), then as Director of the Division of Nutrition Sciences (2019-Jan 2024).  She is also Professor in the Department of Population Health Sciences Division of Epidemiology at Weill Cornell Medical College, and

Marla Lujan received her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Physiology from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario). She conducted her postdoctoral studies in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan prior to joining the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell. The focus of her research relates to the interplay of nutrition and metabolic status with women’s reproductive health. Specific interests include understanding mechanisms whereby diet, glucoregulatory status and adiposity impact ovulation and lead to loss

Melissa Conroy is a Sr. Lecturer in the Department of Human Centered Design at Cornell University. Her interests are surface design, drawing, and textile design with a specialty in knit structure and design.

For the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working with students, sharing my expertise in patterning, fit, and garment construction. I spent 15 years as a professional cutter and draper for Cornell University's theatre program, where I honed my skills in creating costumes for live productions. For the last 11 years, I have been part of the Apparel Design program, guiding students as they refine their techniques and transform their creative designs
