Ruoqi (Cynthia) Su is a graduate student in Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University, pursuing the M.S./Dietetic Internship track. Her thesis research explores how Zoom-based facilitated group discussions can foster mindful parenting, social connectedness, and a sense of community among parents of preschoolers. She is particularly interested in how technology-supported communication can enhance community nutrition and behavior change within family settings. Saori is a second-year Ph.D. student concentrating on Community Nutrition. Her current research focuses on improving child nutrition and digital health approaches. Saori aims to advance equitable nutrition support by integrating behavioral science and data-driven evaluation to better understand and promote healthy eating environments for families and children.
Samiha Azgar
Samiha Azgar is a PhD Candidate in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University, where she conducts human clinical research under the mentorship of Dr. Marla Lujan in the Cornell Ovary Lab. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biochemistry from Hofstra University.

Matthew Williams
Matthew is a PhD student in the field of Nutrition with a deep interest in glucose homeostasis. After completing undergrad, he worked as a research assistant at the University of the West Indies where he investigated the effect of nitric oxide synthase inhibitors on blood glucose tolerance in diabetic animal models. Nathalie Celestin
Nathalie Celestin, MPH, CHES, is a Ph.D. student in Community Nutrition working with Dr. Angela Odoms-Young at Cornell University. Her research interests center on the social and structural determinants of nutrition equity, with a focus on belonging and food access. Prior to joining Dr. Odoms-Young’s lab, she served as the SNAP-Ed Coordinator for the Georgia Department of Public Health and as the Food and Nutrition Security Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Lauren San Diego is a third-year PhD student in Community Nutrition. Her desire to leverage nutrition initiatives to improve community environments and individuals' well-being have been shaped by her education throughout the East Coast and Midwest United States. Her current work examines the impact of fruit and vegetable incentive programs on diet patterns and food security using mixed methods.
