The Human Ecology Alumni Association (HEAA) serves to foster a beneficial relationship between Cornell Human Ecology and its 25,000+ alumni. As ambassadors for the college, they support the priorities of the dean, enhance our outreach efforts, increase student and alumni interaction, and create meaningful engagement opportunities for our alumni body.
The HEAA Board of Directors is composed of 35 nominated alumni leaders tasked with representing and providing engagement for our alumni.

In addition to our committee work, board members are always looking for more ways to connect with you. If you have ideas and insights you would like to share with the HEAA Board, please email HEaad [at] cornell.edu.
All CHE alumni are eligible to apply to the board through a nomination form each March. Self-nominations are encouraged. New board members are selected by a committee composed of HEAA leaders, the Alumni Affairs and Development team, and the dean’s office. Consideration is given to alumni who enhance the diversity, equity and inclusion goals of the board.
