Andrew Turner accepted a position with Extension Administration in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences after working for 22 years in the Cornell Cooperative Extension system in Rockland, Greene and Columbia Counties in New York's Hudson Valley. Turner accepted an interim role as the Director of the New York State 4-H Youth Development program in the BCTR in 2014 and is currently in the process of being promoted to Senior Extension Associate in BCTR
Lisa McCabe
Dr. Lisa McCabe is a Research Associate with the Residential Child Care Project at the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research. Her research focuses broadly on early childhood education and care issues for children, families, and child care providers. Currently she is part of a project ("Superstar Practitioners") that aims to identify common dimensions of practitioners’ interpersonal practices and skills that promote high quality program implementation and positive client outcomes across diverse settings, including child care.

As the Associate Director of Operations/EFNEP Coordinator for New York State, Michelle provides leadership and operational oversight under the guidance of the Director of FNEC. Michelle administers WebNEERS, ensuring the program meets its reporting and evaluation needs, and spearheads the development and implementation of training for EFNEP staff in both in-person and online formats.
Michelle coordinates the submission of budget projections and oversees expenditures, maintaining strict compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) and USDA/NIFA requirements
