Andrew Turner accepted a position with Extension Administration in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences after working for 22 years in the Cornell Cooperative Extension system in Rockland, Greene and Columbia Counties in New York's Hudson Valley. Turner accepted an interim role as the Director of the New York State 4-H Youth Development program in the BCTR in 2014 and is currently in the process of being promoted to Senior Extension Associate in BCTR

Dr. Lisa McCabe is a Research Associate with the Residential Child Care Project at the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research.  Her research focuses broadly on early childhood education and care issues for children, families, and child care providers. Currently she is part of a project ("Superstar Practitioners") that aims to identify common dimensions of practitioners’ interpersonal practices and skills that promote high quality program implementation and positive client outcomes across diverse settings, including child care.

Dr. Liz Johnson is an Associate Professor of Molecular Nutrition at Cornell University in the Division of Nutritional Sciences and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Freeman Hrabowski Scholar.  Her work focuses on understanding how metabolite production by the gut microbiome influences host phenotypes as well as how the lipid content of host diets affects the establishment of the microbiome.   She studied biology at Spelman College before pursuing a PhD investigating cell cycle transcriptomics at Princeton University.  Liz went on to
