Dr. Qian is the James Jamison Professor in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. Professor Qian received PhD degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School (formerly Shanghai Second Medical University), majoring in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. He then conducted two postdoctoral fellowships at the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD) and University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, NC). Tolunay Beker Aydemir, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Molecular Nutrition at Cornell University Division of Nutritional Sciences.  She graduated from Ankara University with a BS degree in Biology. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Martha Stipanuk was the James Jamison Professor in Nutrition in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University, where she was a faculty member since 1977 until her retirement in 2018. She received her B.S. from the University of Kentucky, her M.S. from Cornell University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in nutritional biochemistry.
