Yukun Wu

Yukun Wu is an M.S. student in Nutrition at Cornell University, working with Dr. Sander Kersten. He earned his B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. Yukun’s research interests focus on nutrient metabolism and metabolic adaptation, especially how dietary protein shapes tissue-specific responses to fasting and refeeding. His current work combines animal models and transcriptomic analyses to investigate the molecular pathways that coordinate these metabolic responses.
