Caroline Pieracci is a UX writer and Content Systems Architect at Google, specializing in digital product taxonomy, language systems, and human-centered design. With Master’s degrees in both Sociology and Design, she brings a unique dual perspective to user experience—combining structural design methodologies with a deep understanding of social dynamics and organizational behavior.
Having designed language systems, digital governance models, and product architectures for market leaders—including Google, UBS, T-Mobile, IWC Schaffhausen, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi—Pieracci works at the intersection of cross-functional alignment, systems strategy, and interface language to help enterprise organizations scale complex products seamlessly.
This talk is a special Nixon Seminar in the Department of Human Centered Design.
